pkr444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pkr444 website at pkr444.bet, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional pages, and account management areas.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed pkr444's registration process and holds an active account in good standing.
• "Account Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Member's pkr444 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using real-money Account Balance funds on any product offered by pkr444.

Registration requires provision of your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. pkr444 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify any of these details, including government-issued photographic identification such as a CNIC or passport.

As a registered Member of pkr444, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pkr444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• pkr444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information may delay verification and withdrawal processing.
• You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with or place wagers on the pkr444 platform.

pkr444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

pkr444 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet transfers; deposits reflect within seconds of completion
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfers; processed during standard banking hours

pkr444 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr444 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or using any other identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or transact on pkr444.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.

All content on the pkr444 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, user interface designs, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of pkr444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any pkr444 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.

pkr444 will take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights where infringement is identified.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr444's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr444 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or temporary service interruptions.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays outside pkr444's direct control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkr444's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

pkr444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr444 will notify Members by posting a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the Member's account.

Continued use of the pkr444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9. The date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates when the current version took effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under pkr444's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkr444 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Complaint: Members must first submit a formal complaint to pkr444 support via email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. pkr444 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within five business days.

3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: pkr444 may, at its discretion, agree to submit a dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body where appropriate.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. pkr444 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner consistent with its licensing obligations.
